Four episodes, eight leading voices from the international fine dining scene, and an unfiltered, direct and spontaneous exchange: “S.Pellegrino: Sparkling Conversations Around the Table” is now live — the new vodcast conceived and produced by YAM112003 for S.Pellegrino.
Filmed during the Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2025, the project brings together the jury of the 2024/2025 edition — Christophe Bacquié, Jeremy Chan, Antonia Klugmann, Niki Nakayama, Elena Reygadas, Julien Royer and Mitsuharu Tsumura – alongside Nelson Freitas, winner of the previous edition, in a series of conversations hosted by Nick Grimshaw, renowned BBC presenter and co-host of the podcast Dish.
Available on YouTube and Spotify, the vodcast unfolds across four episodes of approximately 15 minutes each, placing the spotlight on the more personal side of some of the world’s most celebrated chefs: going beyond technique and culinary vision to reveal personality, opinions and personal stories.
Between secrets, guilty pleasures and moments of genuine candour, the chefs reveal a side of themselves rarely seen before.
Moving away from the structure of traditional interviews, the vodcast builds authentic and unexpected conversations, where humour and direct exchange create space for a more open and spontaneous dialogue among participants.
The project is part of the broader journey of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, aimed at expanding the conversation around fine dining and its key figures, engaging an increasingly wide audience.
To support the launch, an organic communication strategy has been activated across the brand’s social and digital channels, followed by a dedicated international advertising campaign.
